We’ll send over a beautiful PDF proof, PDF quote and instructions to pay for your order, straight into your inbox.
When will I get my proof?

We will send you a beautiful proof and quote within 24 business hours, Monday – Friday. All artwork uploads received over the weekend will be proofed by Monday 5 PM Pacific time. If there are any issues with the artwork resolution or quality, we’ll be in touch with next steps to quickly rectify the art and get your banner order on the way.
What if my artwork resolution is not high enough for printing?

Hang tight – we’re real experts on this stuff. We’ll validate every inch of your artwork and make sure it’s fit to print beautifully. If not, we’ll email you our recommendations on how to quickly rectify the issue.
What if I need my banners in a rush?

Our standard production time is 6 business days, but we can move faster if needed. Let us know if you need a need-in-house date and we’ll explain the rush fees / UPS rush costs where applicable.
